Refund policy
All Sales Are Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Due to the handmade nature of our work, no refunds will be issued once an order has been placed.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, lost, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery by emailing info@hmglassstudio.com.
Your email must include:
- Order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Clear photos of the original packaging (including outer box and shipping label)
- Description of the issue
Failure to notify us within 48 hours may result in denial of an insurance claim.
Insurance Claims
All shipments are insured (see Shipping Policy for full details).
Claim responsibility depends on order value:
- Orders under $100: The customer is solely responsible for filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
- Orders over $100: HM Glass Studio will file the insurance claim through Shipsurance on the customer’s behalf.
Timely notification within 48 hours is required for all claims, regardless of order value.
Refunds for damaged or lost items are not guaranteed and are subject to carrier or insurance claim approval.
