Shipping policy

    Processing Time

    All orders are processed and shipped within 2–6 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays, unless otherwise stated in the product description.

    You will receive tracking information once your order ships.

    Shipping Locations

    We currently ship within the United States only.

    Orders of $100 or more qualify for free domestic shipping.

    Shipping rates and delivery speeds are calculated at checkout.

    Packaging

    We package each piece with the utmost care to prevent damage during transit.

    We use eco-friendly and repurposed packaging materials whenever possible, including recycled bubble wrap and reused shipping materials received by our studio. We encourage customers to recycle or repurpose packaging materials.

    Shipping Insurance & Claim Responsibility

    All shipments are insured for the purchase price of the item.

    Orders Under $100

    • Covered by carrier-provided insurance.
    • The customer is fully responsible for filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
    • HM Glass Studio is not responsible for filing or managing these claims.
    • Customers must retain all packaging and provide documentation required by the carrier.

    Orders Over $100

    • Insured for full value through Shipsurance at no additional cost to the customer.
    • HM Glass Studio is responsible for filing the claim with Shipsurance.

      Customers must:

      • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
      • Provide required photos and documentation (see refund policy)
      • Retain all packaging materials until claim resolution

    Claims are subject to Shipsurance’s terms, documentation requirements, investigation, and approval process. Approval is not guaranteed.

    Carrier Responsibility

    Once a package is accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, responsibility for transit-related loss, delay, theft, or damage transfers to the carrier.

    HM Glass Studio is not liable for:

    • Shipping delays
    • Lost packages
    • Stolen packages
    • Carrier mishandling
    • Delivery errors after carrier confirmation
    Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout.
